What ship methods are used?
We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), we cannot guarantee these delivery times.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.
When will my purchased order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (with potential delays during major holidays).
Can I change the address?
Orders that have not yet been shipped can have their address changed. Orders that are already in transit cannot have their address modified.
Where does it ship from?
Most in-stock products are shipped from the US, while some products are sent directly from our factories in China, with a delivery time of 3-24 business days.
What is the shipping fee and how do I qualify for free shipping?
The shipping fee within the US is $5.99. For other countries and regions, the shipping fee is $10. However, all orders over $49.99 qualify for free shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery: 3 to 24 days. We will use efficient shipping companies, and the time provided is an estimated range.
Will you ship to international P.O. Box or APO addresses?
We do not offer shipping to P.O. Box or APO addresses, mainly because packages are often not delivered to these addresses and may be immediately processed.
What should I do if my package is missing?
If your package is missing, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier.

Is the payment information secure?

Is sales tax charged?
If we are required by law to collect taxes on products sold, we will charge taxes according to the applicable tax laws for the location where the order is shipped or delivered. All appropriate taxes will be included in the order total at checkout. The tax amount shown at checkout is an estimated tax applicable to your order. The actual tax amount may differ slightly from the estimated amount due to varying tax rates based on the origin and destination of the purchased items, as well as other factors.
Exchanges & Returns
What is the return policy?
• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item. Free gifts and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached.
• We kindly ask that you avoid wearing makeup, perfume, or beauty products that could leave marks or scents when trying on items, as this could make the item non-returnable.
• Please wear underwear when trying on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show any signs of wear.
• Exchange Policy:
We are pleased to offer free exchanges and will provide a complimentary return label for exchanges.
• Return and Refund Policy:
If a customer chooses to return an item for a refund, please note that we do not provide free return shipping.
For the convenience of the customer, we can provide a return label, but a service fee of 5% of the order amount will be charged to the customer.
Can i return or exchange in store purchases online?
Currently, in-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online. Please contact us via inbox, email, or WhatsApp.
How do I request an exchange or return?
We strive to do our best. With our guarantee, you can easily return or exchange for another size. To request a return or exchange, simply contact us via inbox, email, or WhatsApp, and provide your order number and your exchange/return request. After you’ve dropped off the package at your local post office, contact us and share your return tracking information.
How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?
For exchange requests, once we see that your items are on their way to us, we will ship out your exchange items within 1-2 business days and send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know that your replacement is on the way.
For return requests, once we see that your items are on their way to us, we will process your refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment.
Please note that due to varying processing times of financial institutions, refunds may take 1-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
How to request a return label?
One return label is provided per order. Return labels are available for the US only. Please contact us via inbox, email, or WhatsApp to request a return label.
What should I do if the product is defective?
Please send a photo of the defective product along with your order number to indeerton@gmail.com. After review, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
